Horrible itch:(

I had a horrible itch I allowed to go on fit too long I just thought it would go away. A week ago (Thursday) I treated myself for a yeast infection(3 day), and finally decided to go to the doctor.so Tuesday I went got swabbed and they said it was a yeast infection and gave me a 1 day pill to take. I was still itching So I went back yesterday and she gave me a 3 day pill treatment for yeast. I already took the second pill this morning and I'm still feeling itching I have a feeling this isn't going to help either.:(

I also had an STD test which showed I have no STDs.

Has anyone else had this? I don't know what to do :'(
