Hey ladies! I need help.
I'm 17 and not very active, I'm on my feet about 30 hours a week at work but that's pretty much it. I want to get toned! My but has deflated and I just feel loose all over
Any exercise tips? I have no idea where to start besides hitting the treadmill for a half hour-hour a few times a week!
I mostly want to work on my booty, stomach and arms
