What's your hair care routine?

I'm just curious about everyone's hair care routine! What shampoo and conditioner products do you use? Do you put in any products afterward? Do you blow-dry, iron, or air dry?

I have wavy medium brown hair. I use Dr. Bronner's liquid Castile soap in my hair, and I apply a few drops of pure Argan oil to my hair after my shower in lieu of conditioner. What about you guys?

I use 3 different shampoos and I alternate between them. I use pink herbal essences, fekkai lemon mint, and organix mint. For conditioner, I use the fekkai vanilla. I have a hairdryer but I usually let my hair air dry. Then , I use a chi flat iron. Or a bed head curling wand. I have hair long, long, brunette hair. Here's a photo:

I'm trying to go months in between lifting my hair colors & so far I've been successful. I also quit using heat products, but since it's summer I'll still spray a heat protectant on it before I go outside

I have very wavy/curly dark brown hair, bleached at the end. I use coconut oil twice a week before shampoo, then Garnier natural blend with avocado + condition with the same one but the one with cocoa butter, the after patting with a towel, with some Argan oil.
I avoid silicones and parabens as much as possible
