Pregnancy related rashes?

About two weeks ago I noticed a few small bumps located on the top of my forearm on my left arm. The bumps looks similar in size to the bump you get with an ingrown hair. I only noticed it because I started itching it. I squeezed one of them and a little bit of clear fluid came out. I left it alone after that making sure not to itch and today, I noticed there are a bunch more spreading across my arm. When I itch them they get a little open hole on top and weep some more of that clear fluid. It's directly on top of a tattoo of mine so I can't get a good look at them. Ive never had these before and the tattoo has been healed for quite some time now. I'm really worried about it and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

If it helps any I'm 16w1d and noticed that it started about 2 weeks ago. My doctor doesn't open again until Monday and I have an appointment for my anatomy scan on Thursday. Thanks in advance.
