No sac

I went to the doctor today and they couldn't see a sac. I was so saddened. But they did confirm pregnancy and took blood and will call me on Monday. My last period was May 25. I just got off BC (the pill) in December and my cycle has been 30-31 days. I would be 6wks2days today. Anyone else have this issue? I'm concerned
