Due date?? Which one do I use?

I had my first ultrasound two days ago and the sac was measuring 7 weeks 6 days, the baby was measuring 8 weeks exactly, and if I go by the first day of my last period I would've been 8 weeks 5 days on that day (or 9 weeks today). So far I haven't seen the Dr., but the ultrasound tech gave me a due date between Feb 10th and Feb 15th. My sister says they usually stick with the fdolp date. What date does everyone else go by? What's your experience with this. Just curious :). Here is my little one

I would go with whatever due date is the farthest to give you some leeway and no one is pushing baby out too soon

I'm February 17th. They went with the fdolp and I have a 35 day cycle so I do not think that it's accurate. I know about when I ovulated and if I go by my date of conception it doesn't add up lol I'm so confused. Guess I'm just going to stick to what the dr says

I'd go with the size of baby 8 weeks on that day. Implantation doesn't happen on the same day as conception/ovulation

My doctor said if it's a 5 day difference between your last period and what your baby is measuring then they change it

My doctor goes by what the baby measures at during the dating scan.

Mine went by the baby measurement in the scan. I am 9 weeks today also and my due date is 2/10!

I think it's usually estimated anyway. It would be challenging for them to predict the EXACT delivery date for everyone so they get as close as they can with the info they have. My due date changed while I was pregnant with my last based on Ultrasound measurements. I wouldn't pour concrete around any date at this point.
