Constipation
Anyone have horrible constipation?? I'm 7weeks and have the worst constipation from the prenatal Pills I think and it gives me the worst cramps and horrible gas (tmi sorry) any way on how to help move things along without any laxatives or any kind of meds.?? HELP!
