Wrong of me to feel this way?

My my boyfriends birthday was last month, I got him $200 shoes he wanted. My mum and nan gave him $50 each. I also buy him stuff all the time. Since then I also got him a jumper and jeans. It was my birthday the other day and he got me a $50 ring. I don't mean to sound in greatful. Like I'm so happy with it but I just feel a bit eh, because I get him everything but I don't get much in return? Am I wrong to feel this way?
