Anxiety
I have to take a Xanax in the morning sometimes (a lot lately) as I just get overwhelmed at the start of the day. I have a 9 week old, 3 and 4 year old. Any other moms have too? Feel abnormal! Experiencing postpartum anxiety bad and hope it goes away!
