So my boyfriend has a best friend and she's a girl, but they send each other kissing faces and ring emojis. He said they been friends for 3 years. I really don't know how to feel about this.. He gets mad every time I try to say stuff about it. He does let me read their messages, but I still think it's wrong and cheating. I just like to know yalls thoughts about this. Please comment.

I would feel like I'm being disrespected and so is my relationship. Keeping secrets and things hidden is considered cheating in my opinion. It's either you, or her. He needs to choose who to prioritize and who to send those flirtatious emojis to.

I wouldnt mind. I have guy friends, he has girl friends we have been together for three years, we trust each other and are perfectly happy. We know the boundaries (not going out alone with them or hiding things from each other, etc) I would be uncomfortable with the emojis, but not with them continuing to be friends. Just tell him the aspects that bother you and explain why (calmly not freaking out and accusing him).

I get that he's been friends with her with three years but I would never let mine have a friend that's a girl, I know that sounds stingy but I have trust issues. My boyfriend actually had a friend for 3-4 years also and she always told him things like "I love you" or "I miss you" I made him cut her off, he did. If it makes you feel uncomfortable talk to him and if he refuses to let her go I would personally interpret that as somethings going on. I think you deserve someone who gives you all their attention!
