Need advice please

So me and my husband have been trying for a baby since we got married in December. Well I didn't start my periods tell April because I was on the depo shot. So I started April 9th to the 15th. Then a week later I started on the 28th- 3rd  because I had linked with my friend on accident. So then I started having my periods on the 28th. Well this month I changed back to my old cycle. And well I got a positive test the day before I got my period. I was so happy idk what to think my grate grandmother had her periods while she was pregnant with all of her pregnancies. So I would like for you guys to give me advice please I've talk to my mom about it and we are going to the doctor Friday. But my mom also said I could have cervical cancer cuz it runs in my family. Any advice?  Also I attached the pregnancy test.
