Can't find my nugget on the fetal Doppler

I know dopplers can be controversial but I bought one at 9 weeks when I started bleeding just to reassure myself. I'm not 14w2d and haven't been able to find the baby since last night. I honestly haven't listened for it all week so I'm not sure when the last time I heard the heartbeat was. Has anyone with a Doppler gone a few days without finding it and had everything be ok?
