Disrespectful friend

My friend of 15 years has 2 kids with different dads. She recently told me she is pregnant with her third. A new dad as well. Now she is looking for my advice because she is considering an abortion. She said I am the only one she has told. I am trying to tell her to keep it especially because they were actually trying for this child and now I'm disgusted they are having second thoughts. I want to tell her to f* off and leave me out of it. How gross to involve me when I can't even have one yet. Advice onto how to proceed? I don't want to be mean but I can't understand how she doesn't see how this is a topic she should leave me out of???????
