Signs having twins?

Question

I know silly question but what are some signs you could be having twins? Besides an ultrasound obviously lol. I don't get my first ultrasound till end of the week. I am convinced it could be twins in there.. 
Twins run heavily in both sides of our families. I found out I was pregnant around 2 weeks. The line was SO dark SO quick. I'm VERY nauseated all day every single day and nothing helps. Not even meds.

Beta levels were an inkling for me.  Mine started out high and almost tripled in two days.  I conceived through IVF so i knew there was a strong potential for two to begin with.

Extreme morning sickness after 4 weeks till the point where you can barely do anything around the house & extreme dehydration.

Something that was different this pregnancy than my other two that made me think something was different was the cramping, or round ligament pain. I thought I was having a tubal pregnancy, I guess that's why they did the sonogram at 5 weeks. That and my sense of smell was off the charts.

I had less symptoms than most single pregnancies do, and HCG was rising really slow even for a singleton. It was a total shock!

I was extremely sick by five weeks and couldnt sleep on my stomach past six weeks.

I had a dream i had twins right before I found out , preggo test showed up very dark before I even missed period. Thought I had stomach flu but was pregnant
