Holy swelling
So I have been elevating my feet and luckily was on vacation this past week and just spent time resting and relaxing but my feet are always swelling! Does anyone have any tips on what I can do? I've elevated my feet, went swimming and they're still quite swollen - I do have my appointment tmw but man oh man is this making walking uncomfortable !
