Skyla side effect

I've been super anxious the past few days (think clammy hands, mind racing, constantly on edge). The anxiety is due to work, upcoming  engagement and the normal day-to-day (bar prep/finances/continuing ed). While I'm prone to the occasional anxiety attacks during some of my periods, it's highly unusual for me to be this on edge for more than a day or two. I understand that I'm also going through a high anxiety time, is it possible that skyla is making it worse or if it's just high stress time and my body is reacting accordingly? I only had skyla inserted 2 weeks ago.
