Hey girls i need some serious advice

I have gestation diabetes and last 4 scans i have had baby is breech and on rather large size now he is measuring 32 weeks and im only 30 weeks and his estimated weighy is 4lb and 8ounces and my consultant has now said if he is still breech by 36 weeks i will have to have c section and now ive also been put back on my metformin 3 times a day has anyone had this happem and any advice on how to keep in from getting any bigger and also the breech thing is starting to upset me x😢😢😢
