The comments! - A Rant
Seriously. If you are a man I don't want to hear your comments or your opinions about my pregnancy or pregnancy in general unless you are my husband or my doctor. And if you are a woman and have never had children watch what you say!
A male coworker just told me "2 more months isn't that long." I said "do you have a person inside you that is going to gain a pound a week? No? Don't talk to me about how long 2 months is."
2 more months of not sleeping well WITHOUT a crying baby, of back pain, of not being able to bend over or walk up stairs without getting winded. Swollen feet, itchy stretching stomach, did I mention back pain? Worth mentioning twice!
And then yesterday I had a different female coworkers tell me "you have gotten so big since the last time I saw you!" Great cause I saw you on Friday .... So thanks for that self confidence booster. Ugh!!!!!
