Hpv and bleeding after intercourse

Hi guys, I was diagnosed with hpv 7 years ago, while pregnant with my first child. Ended up having mild dysplasia and had a LEEP to get rid of the precancerous cells on my cervix. Since then all of my paps have been clear for any cancerous cells. Now my husband and I are trying to conceive and I keep having light spotting (lasting anywhere from 1-3 days, and light pink/light brown in color) after intercourse.... should I be super concerned? Anyone have any similar experiences? I haven't had a pap for about 2 years and now I'm kinda scared to go get one now that we are ttc. Please. Any advice, I'm kinda freaking out here!
