red dots/bumps
I have these red dots in an area around my thigh. I'm not sure what is it. It wasn't there this morning, and two hours later, it sort of just appeared mercilessly. It doesn't hurt when I touch it, There's a bump near it but I'm not sure that has to do with anything. Should I be worried?
