I need to vent...

Co
Hey ladies.. I really need to vent.
Yesterday I went to my regular OB visit and was told they want me to start doing 2 NST's a week until I give birth. I just turned 33 weeks.
The Dr that saw me was a different Dr than my first OB who had seen me since I first got pregnant and had been seeing me at every check up until my last 2 appointments. That's when this other Dr started seeing me.
She measured my stomach and said it seems to be measuring a bit small and she told me that's the reason she wants me to do the NSTs and an ultrasound. On the paper she gave me she also put "Elevated BP" as another reason for having the 2 NSTs a week.
The thing is.. My BP is usually elevated because of nerves/anxiousness every time I go to the Dr.
My first OB already knew this and I've even done blood work to check it and everything came back normal. They always check my BP twice at my OB visits and it's usually normal the second time around.
This new OB even checked it again herself and told me it was perfectly normal before I left the visit.
I'm not carrying twins, I've never been told my pregnancy is high risk, my first OB never said I was measuring small at my other visits, I don't have GD, im in my Late 20's. So I'm just wondering why do I have to take the 2 NST's a week?
I'm waiting till they do the ultrasound this Friday and check my baby's measurements to see if he's growing properly but if that comes back normal then is it really necessary for me to get 2 NsTs a week until I give birth??????
This has been stressing me out and making me worry about my baby.. Especially since I'm a first time mom.
I did some research and most of the other moms that are out on 2 NST's a week are over due, have GD, are carrying twins, are over 30 or 35, or have a high risk pregnancy even then some of them only get asked to do 1 NST a week.
I don't get it.
