Anyone know what this could be?
My baby is four months old, cutting her first tooth, and drooling like crazy. But she was playing with a teething toy that she always plays with and her mouth got all red. This is what's left. It's waaaay more red than the picture and there's a red line over her top left. It's been there since 8am (it's 1:35pm now). Little worried! She's never gotten a rash or anything (except for a minor diaper rash when she was 2 months old).
