Swollen and itchy?

So the last few days my downstairs has been very itchy, and it's not an STD as both my partner and I are clean. Today it's been a lot itchier and my labia are fairly big naturally but I think it may be swollen? I put on some cream on, and it's not helped. I am clean as well, I've washed it with water as I know using soap isn't always the best of ideas and for the swelling I've wrapped ice around a flannel and put it down there (which does help for a while). Any ideas?
