Cps Lawyer/ Family

I'm looking for a lawyer to help gain custody of one of my younger cousin. We live in Houston. She fell into a household that are not relatives at all. Her oldest sister who is only 20 had custody of her previously but was forced to give her up to cps  since her income wasn't sufficient to support her, baby son, and herself. My little cousin is only seven years and the family found out about this issue 2-3 days ago.
