Constipation!! 🤒😭😢
Someone help me PLEASEE!! I'm 10 weeks pregnant and so constipated😓 I just tried to go poop & it hurts so bad when I push, And I haven't been able to get anything out except a few little peices. I hate this feeling can someone tell me how I can fix this, I'm still in a lot of pain down there and still haven't been able to get all of it out.
