Staying pregnant with pcos

So my husband heard from someone else that her husband would rub some kind of lotion on her feet to help stay pregnant? I am wondering what ways helped you stay pregnant with pcos. I am not over weight but have been watching what I eat...I had my first miscarriage after a successful round of clomid...I am now ready to get back on clomid and try again. I don't want to lose another. I'll try anything at this point and my Dr just told me miscarriage is going to happen it happens and its common...but am wondering if its my body or just one of those unlucky times.
