TMI, emergency please help! :(

I gave birth vaginally on Monday (July 11th). I just went and tried to poop and it immediately felt like shards of glass in my rectum. My poop is stuck in my anus and I can't get it to come out or go back in. I'm in such bad pain and discomfort, I don't know what to do. I had an episiotomy and have stitches, I was so scared that I would bust my stitches so I tried to be careful but still feel as if I tore something. What do I do? How am I going to get this out! I'm currently walking around hunched over and bow legged. Someone please help!!!
