Early labor?!

I'm 38 weeks and 4 days. I'm scheduled to be induced 7/21. For the past three days, I've had terrible diarrhea even though I've barely eaten anything and can tell he's really low. Tonight, about 2 hours ago, I just got really uncomfortable and keep having this cramping feeling and shooting pain down my leg. I could probably time it if I wanted to. I've tried sitting, standing, walking, laying down on both sides and nothing is working.

My hospital is an hour away and I have a doctor appointment there tomorrow at 930am so I'm trying to hold out but I haven't felt like this at all before.

Any suggestions?
