Fussy baby and no dirty diapers

Jessica • Mother of a 12 year old Son, 9 year old twin daughters and a 1 year old boy.
Mt son is 2weeks &5 days old. He has been so fussy nothing calms him and Wednesday he had no dirty diapers, yesterday he exploded his diaper once, and today nothing not one dirty diaper. I do think know what to do. Feeling so helpless and frustrated
