Help !

I had pregnancy symptoms 5-8weeks .all off sudden it stopped .i have on and off morning sickness sometimes in the evenings .my breast arent sore anymore .just pain and slight veins coming up .is this something to worry ?!i have no cramps or bleeding .i have my appointment next week Thursday .pls help me out .im worried if my baby is not growing .will there be high chances of miscarriage ? Even tho there is no bleeding ..
