Maxi Pad problems!

Don't you just hate it when you have no choice but to use a Maxi Pad and then BAM all a sudden you have what I call "pad rash" and no matter what you do it still happens? Nope? Never happened to you? Yah...me either...NO but seriously any tips on how to prevent this ungodly rash from happening?
