Has anyone had dream visits from deceased relatives?

Ok so I just woke up about 10 minutes ago and I had a dream I was with my deceased relatives my dad his dad and mom and my husbands deceased granddad. And we were sitting around a table in like a visiting area talking. And they welcomed me and they said to me after I sat down. Did you see all the signs we sent you? I was like yeah I did . But my doctor did a blood test and it said I'm not pregnant. So all of them kept insisting that I am and that the doctor is wrong. So I said ok and so I said will what am I having if I am . The next thing I know they pull out this book. And it wasn't your small easy to read book book it was huge and thick. And I noticed the cover said how to choose a boys name. And I was like omg it's a boy???!! And they all said yep and he's fine and doing well. So we started going through this book of boys names . And then my alarm went off and I woke up. Is it possible my deceased realities are right? Has this happened to anyone else?. I just like to know. I know it was a dream but I feel like they were right.Also my next cycle is suppose to start July 23 .
