Cervical and rectal pain and pressure

So like an hour ago I noticed my belly felt heavier on my pelvis almost like I swallowed a brick. Then I sat down and shot back up because of severe pressure and stabbing pain in my rectum. I felt like I had to go to the bathroom and while going I kept getting the stabbing pains. Now it feels like something poked my cervix really hard. I think I may have this baby really soon. No actual contractions yet. These symptoms did not occur with my son.
