Diaper bag or Backpack?

Did you actually use a diaper bag? I intend on using a backpack or my large totes that I use for work. I remember using one with my 1st child & got over it really quick. I would be hauling this huge bulky diaper bag & my purse & it was just too much so I ended up using my reg purse & being more organized.

I have a diaper bag backpack. I discovered them with my youngest and it was hella easier than toting those other things around.

Could I use a regular backpack? Or is the "diaper bag" backpack really worth it? I feel like I don't know what features to look for. I did see jujubees have crumb holes for shaking out the bag. That seemed cool.

I plan on using a back pack bcs my youngest child is one & I will still have to carry things around for her plus the back. & Diaper bags just don't have enough room plua thats too much weight on one shoulder
