3 months post Depo

Hello ladies Im hoping someone might be able to shed a little insight on my issue. Long story short I was only on depo for one shot duration, its now 3 months post shot expiration and DH and I have had unprotected sex quite often lately. For the past 2 weeks my breasts have extremely perky and more.. Swollen i guess and very sensitive whixh never happens during my periods. I have had very mild cramps which are not bothersome unlike my normal cramps which come at me at full force. Also my face has brojen out something fierce. This month we had sex the 3rd and 6th of July and yesterday the 17th  I took a hpt in the evening and it was a BFN... What are yalls thoughts? Did I test to soon? Is my body still trying to adjust from the depo shot? I need to know because Im on Effexer ans if im PG the sooner I know the better. Thank You :-)
