Need to know if it's normal

TMI but my husband and I had sex around 1am and I woke up around 4 with lots of pressure and cramps the pain is always there but sometimes it's not as bad as others, been tossing and turning. When I lay on my back it's worse, Anyone else experienced this before ? It's normal?
