Just diagnosed, now what?

I started my period at an early age and I've always had heavy and very painful periods. Tons of sonograms and all they ever showed were cysts. My left ovary was enlarged at one point. Cysts have ruptured causing excruciating pain. After trying to become pregnant with no success, the dr suggested a laparoscopy to see if there was a bigger problem. That was done 3 days ago and I've been diagnosed with pcos. My left fallopian tube is also partially blocked. I just scheduled my post op but it's 2 weeks away. I just have so many things that I feel are unanswered. A little more about myself.. I am overweight, dealing with acne and skin problems, anxiety/depression. I've read that all of those things come with pcos. I'm just wondering about the insulin resistance and how that plays a role in pcos and where to go from here? I'd love to hear other stories. And if you have pcos, how you were able to get pregnant if it didn't happen right away. Any advice will help!
