Trust

I just had the sleeve done on Monday.... I'm only 16 and I didn't tell none of my family members or friends. The only person I told was my two best friends, grandma, and my mom but she already knew. So yesterday it was me,my cousin, and best friend so my mom came my and told me that my coding told her sister and her sister told her grandma who is my aunt that I had the surgery😡😡😡😡 at that point I wanted to cry because I wanted to tell them when I was ready 😢😢😢 and now my aunt told the whole family💀😫😨😞 now im not going to hang out with them because I feel so embrass about the surgery. I know they are about to judge me and throw in my face that I didn't lose weight by myself, but on some reall shit I thought I could trust my cousin but I can't now I feel so lonely now and I can't go around my family
