I'm losing hope

Hey guys I recently posted my latest pregnancy test it was negative accidentally took it two days before it was time too. I'm so stressed my period was supposed to come in today I've only noticed small signs usually by now I'm already spotting or feeling like cramping but so far nothing I wanna take a test but I'm afraid ill be disappointed the only small symptoms I've had is urinating a lot which is normal for me because I have had uti a lot in the past and tender nipples please help I also posted below my pregnancy test from past friday
