Movie about seperated baby boy and girl twins?

Their parents are seperated and the daughter is with the mother and the son is with the dad. I remember the mother always dressing the baby girl in pink or yellow and the boy in blue. When the parents go to work they drop them off at a kind of nursery where the babies are naughty and talk to eachother through minds. I think the baby sitter in that nursery is evil or old and someone comes to steal something or do something to the kids.
