Should I call my doctor?
I am in my third week of birth control pills, and I've never taken hormonal medication before this. I experienced some light discharge this last week, but last night I had a good, thin layer of blood all over my underwear. I have had bad dreams the last two days, and I usually don't remember dreaming. I've cried more easily this week. I feel like I have light cramping. I feel nauseous often. I've had a fever off and on (I take fever reducer). I've read up in the packet that came with my pill, and I guess these things aren't unusual, but I wonder if I need to worry having all these symptoms all together.
I have been under a lot of stress lately. I'm planning my wedding and it's in two weeks. We're helping to finish a basement ourselves so we have a place to live while going to school. I lost my job when the company went down a month ago. My mom keeps picking fights with me because she's controlling and I'm going to not be her child anymore. I'm allergic to dairy, and I've been to these "congratulation on getting married" events where I eat it to be polite. My family had a sickness going around recently that I didn't get, so maybe that explains the fever. I've spent a lot of time in the heat to do landscaping with my family. I feel awful. Like I've been hit by the life truck. And I'm just worried, because I have no one to talk to about this, and I realize I have some gaps in my sexual education, and I don't want to have an accidental pregnancy but I also want to be healthy enough to have one on purpose later, and I also just don't want to mess up. I'm scared.
