Hey guys, my boyfriend and I are long distance, our two year anniversary was yesterday! He's visiting soon, but when he visits I will be on my period so we won't be able to have sex (I find period sex gross). You can talk to your doctor about taking bc pills to help stop your period during his visit. I was always grossed out by period sex too, until we tried it once. Lay on a towel (i didnt even bleed on the towel) or do it in the shower.  Its really no different than normal, and now as long as im feeling ok hubby doesn't consider period days to be no sex days. It really isnt bad at all, or any messier than his orgasm. It might be worth trying!
