Late period and early symptoms, but negative tests

I've taken a total of five tests in the last 2 weeks (in this order): 2 CVS brand hpt's, 1 urine test at planned parenthood, and 2 88¢ Walmart tests. All of them were negative, but the seconds CVS one had an extremely faint second line. But then all the others after that are negative, including the ones after that faint line.

I'm feeling like garbage and am having symptoms, but the test are all negative. I'm so confused and terrified, someone please tell me what they think..
