Brown discharge and cramps??

My period ended on the 16th of this month. While I was on my period I was also diagnosed with chlamydia and the doctor prescribed me azythromycin, that I took this past Friday and for the past 4 days there has been a watery brown discharge after I pee. It has never lasted this long before and today I had abdominal pain , this is really starting to worry me.. Is anyone knowledgeable on this topic and can give me advice and tell me what could be going on down there and if I need to go to the doctor immediately?? I have an apointment with an OBGYN August 5th.
