What the hell is this?

Sorry for posting something not controversial, but I trust all of you better than other groups. What the hell is this?! It showed up about three days ago. Not itchy. At first I thought it was shaving, but now I haven't shaved in a while. Help me figure out this mystery. It looks so unsightly °_°

Have you been outside lately? It could be bug bites. Or eczema or other rashes. I say if it grows and continues to say I would get it checked out so you can get a cream or medicine. Maybe try taking a Benadryl? Sometimes that will clear up a rash when I get one.
