Implant Pain

So about a month ago I got the implant and it bruised really really badly. It was a huge, gross, painful bruise. It's healed and all the is left is a small hole where it was inserted. I still have pain when I apply minimal pressure to it and moving my arm hurts. I just picked up something semi heavy and got the worst pain and it feels brand new it hurts so bad. Does this pain ever stop? Or is this not inserted correctly? I can feel both ends and it hasn't moved that I know of but it hurts.
