Cervical position..???

I'm new to this, checking the position of your cervix can anyone help me as to how it should feel or what to do I know you have to lift up your leg but what exactly am I looking for????? HELP PLEASE.

Yes if you can feel it right when you stick your finger in without sticking it all the way inside then its low. You should be able to feel what appears to be a small indent in the middle of the cervix, this is the opening. You will be able to feel whether or not its tightly closed or open.

Cervical position is different even at different hours of the day. High, soft, open is indicitive of ovulation. Hard closed and low usally means ovulation is over and period is going to start. Again this is just examples.
