Struggling *long*

Katie
So, my labor and delivery went nothing like planned. I went in to be induced Sunday night (07/17/16). My husband and I got to the hospital and everything went great, my cervix was completely thinned already and I was 1.5 cm dilated. So we waited until 6 in the morning, and they started my pitocin. I began having contractions 2-3 minutes apart but wasn't feeling anything. I then started to get very cold and shiver, and started feeling nauseous. The nurse came in and I had a fever of 101.2, up from 98.7 two hours beforehand, she gave me Tylenol and medicine for my nausea. The meds just made everything worse, I was so out of it and all I could do was sleep. About o:30 am the doctor came in to check me and break my water. As soon as my water broke they told us that my baby had her first bowel movement inside my womb. I then fell back asleep and about an hour later I was awoken by three nurses running into my room telling me to move fast and from side to side. My baby's heart rate spiked to 200 then dropped to 60, and my fever was now over 103. In a matter of minutes I was being wheeled to the O.R. for an emergency c section. My baby girl was born at 11:14 am, she had a fever of 102 but was well. I woke up back in the room with my husband there holding our little girl. I was able to hold her for about two minutes before they decided to take her to the NICU because of low sugars. That was the last time I saw her for over 36 hours because I had a fever still. I've been discovered she is still in the NICU though. I'm having a very hard time with how everything happened, keeping up with pumping, being at the hospital for every feeding, healing, and everything else. I feel overwhelmed, and depressed. I don't know where to go from here.
