can I get pregnant if I've taken my birth control all month, and conceived on the second to last day of it- before the placebo pills? I know sperm cells can live up to 5 days, and I usually don't start my period for the first two days of the placebo pills. just need to know if I should get Plan B

Considering your period last about five days (might differ that's just average) and you regularly take your pills and if you take it at the same time every day it works better. And it was the last day on your pill before your period if I read correct so it would be like any other pill day. You can take plan b if you are nervous as long as you do it asap but I don't see a reason to worry.
