Preterm labour worries

I'm 28 weeks today and the last couple of days I've been having heaver amounts of discharge, feeling like I'm peeing myself but it's the discharge, today I've had cramps on and off all day and have been having pressure in my pelvic area, I don't feel uncomfortable seen the cramps stop, and I feel I can go about myself after it then but I've had them a few times today, just don't wanna go hospital unless it's good reason to xx
